On the program ...
From 9am, you'll be welcomed by chef Frank Renimel over a cup of coffee - he'll explain the day's work and the daily routine of a kitchen brigade at Restaurant En Marge.
Receipt of products and goods needed to prepare the day's dishes.
«Set-up» of the menu and dishes with the cooks and pastry chefs.
Around 10 a.m., a break with the chef to discuss your taste for cooking and the chef's work.
Then the chef will ask you to work on a recipe...
At midday, service can begin...
A tasting of wines selected by our Head Sommelier Benoit F. will give you the opportunity to learn or confirm your wine knowledge.
A lunch at the chef's table will be offered with a menu (starters, main courses and dessert) where you will discover the chef's signature dishes.
