Come behind the scenes of the En Marge restaurant for a day in the kitchen with the chef, in a fun and friendly atmosphere!<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the program ...<\/p>\n

From 9am, you'll be welcomed by chef Frank Renimel over a cup of coffee - he'll explain the day's work and the daily routine of a kitchen brigade at Restaurant En Marge.<\/p>\n

Receipt of products and goods needed to prepare the day's dishes.<\/p>\n

\u00abSet-up\u00bb of the menu and dishes with the cooks and pastry chefs.<\/p>\n

Around 10 a.m., a break with the chef to discuss your taste for cooking and the chef's work.<\/p>\n

Then the chef will ask you to work on a recipe...<\/p>\n

At midday, service can begin...<\/p>\n

A tasting of wines selected by our Head Sommelier Benoit F. will give you the opportunity to learn or confirm your wine knowledge.<\/p>\n

A lunch at the chef's table will be offered with a menu (starters, main courses and dessert) where you will discover\u00a0the chef's signature dishes<\/strong>.
