Le Porc Noir de Bigorre a regagn\u00e9 le c\u0153ur des fins gourmets. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, il est l\u2019h\u00e9ritage d\u2019une r\u00e9serve de go\u00fbts, l\u00e9gu\u00e9 par la Bigorre, ses paysages et des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de paysans et b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de deux Appellations d\u2019Origine Prot\u00e9g\u00e9es, \u00ab Jambon Noir de Bigorre AOP \u00bb &amp; \u00ab Porc Noir de Bigorre AOP \u00bb.
