Ajouter l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, l\u2019\u00e9chalote mix\u00e9e et la ciboulette cisel\u00e9e. M\u00e9langer l\u2019ensemble et pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du Pav\u00e9 creus\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le Pav\u00e9 Toulousain 6 mois : faire fondre 1\/3 du fromage avec 2\/3 de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Mixer et servir chaud dans un verre. D\u00e9corer de quelques feuilles de salade du moment et de fleurs comestibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le Pav\u00e9 Toulousain 12 mois : couper le fromage en gros cubes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9guster les fromages dans l\u2019ordre croissant d\u2019affinage pour mieux appr\u00e9cier leurs diff\u00e9rentes saveurs. Un d\u00e9lice, accompagn\u00e9 de pain au lait toast\u00e9.
